Pre-filter

DeepPleat pre-filter

The DeepPleat pre-filter is a pleated filter that increases the filter area while maintaining a compact size. This makes Donaldson BOFA filters long-lasting and space-saving.

DeepPleat DUO pre-filter

The DeepPleat DUO pre-filter is designed to maximise its service life. It contains a large-capacity settling chamber that acts as a pre-separator. This extends the life of the pre-filter and prevents premature blockage of the HEPA filter.

Our HEPA filters are rated at 99.995% efficiency for particles as small as 0.3 microns. An additional filter is used to remove fine particles.

Advanced carbon filter

Our advanced carbon filters are designed to effectively filter vapours, with the types of carbon carefully matched to specific industrial applications. Contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon layer for a sufficient period of time ('retention time') to ensure effective removal of contaminants and odours. Our solutions take into account the balance between airflow and the type, depth and mass of carbon used to suit the specific application and ensure optimal retention time.
