Electronic industry
Our solder fume extraction systems are designed for single or multi-operator stations that produce fumes containing resin particles and gaseous organic compounds.
Exposure to rosin-based solder fumes is one of the most important causes of occupational asthma, creating the potential for permanent and irreversible health effects. Our product range includes two types of systems: direct tip extraction, the 'T' series, for high-pressure/low-airflow soldering processes; and the 'V' series for low-pressure/high-airflow electronic processes, with features such as three-stage filtration, advanced airflow technology and filter status display to maintain clean air and high efficiency.
